Architecture and Real Estate influenced                        by Latin America

Much of the architecture in the neighborhoods of Miami is influenced by Latin American style. The millions and millions of Latinos who have moved here from Latin America have brought with thwem their own culture and identity, and this has meshed with the culture of Miami. One of the things they bring is their architecture. They have used their own architecture to give Miami a very Latino look and a cultural mix. This has made it so that even more Latin Americans strive to be able to live here, the Latino touch of Miami makes it more appealing and more open to newcomers from Latin America. Specific neighborhoods have been completely shaped by immigrants from Latin America like Little Havana and Weston. Young architects are also shaping Miami by using latin style architecture with a new modern style which gives Miami its unique beautiful look. That is what makes Miami such a favorable destination for immigrants and tourists from Latin America which helps foster the economy of Miami.

The housing industry and the real estate market in Miami have taken a turn for the better, greatly in part due to Latin American immigrants and investors. Many wealthy Latin American people are investing their money in expensive properties here in South Florida. This is really prominent today to the economic state of Miami making it very safe for these investors with prices rising in the market. Thye will not lose their money and they'll make large profits. This is then helping the economy of Miami. There are tons of projects in Miami and mass constructions so that they could be sold at a very high price which is helping the economytboom, and the majority of the people being fed these projects are wealthy latinos, whether they live here or not. Many Latinos are moving here and of course they go in search of properties. This along with investors is really dueling the home market in Miami. There are way more buyers and spenders leading to the rising of the prices resulting in economic growth.
